Monday - We have a climber!!!

Gracie had a terribly restless night again last night. I think she is coming down with another cold and it was harder to breathe. She woke up in a groggy, grumpy mood and was once again daddy's girl. That would make day three of daddy not being able to do any wrong. Grace ate her Topamax (permanent epilepsy med) without any problems, then it was time to eat her Vigabatrin...she ate the first spoonful...but held the second spoonful in her mouth and thought it was great fun to spit it out.

Jeff dropped Gracie off at daycare this morning and she was a bit clingy. After a weekend of having mom and dad all to herself, she thought daddy's shoulder was comfy and wanted to stay there. When I arrived at daycare to pick Gracie up, I was told not to go down the stairs to get her...instead my big girl crawled up the steps by herself to greet me. She was grinning the whole way. Jeff and I have been working to get her to go up the stairs for months!!!! Barb and Michelle worked on it for less than 30 minutes and she was zooming.

Gracie had a good night, she was tired but very smiley and happy. She was a complete tease at supper time and had a great time trying to "get" mommy after supper. She was snuggly too. She fell asleep at 8:00 p.m. and is snoozing restfully at the moment.

Love,
Lisa, Jeff, and Gracie
