Wednesday

Gracie had a bit of a restless night at times, although the storms didn't bother her at all. She woke up with smiles and was thrilled to eat her meds with a cake donut with chocolate frosting. Oh how my nutritional standards have gone down hill when it is seizure medicine time.

Jeff dropped Gracie off at daycare and I picked her up. She went to the mailbox with me when we got home and were thrilled to get a new book from the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. "The Spiffiest Giant in Town" was a hit and I had to read it twice.

Tonight after supper we went outside for a walk. Gracie's latest fun is that she likes to run up in other people's driveways and have us chase her and tell her that it's not our house. It's a big game and she just giggles. She walked the whole extended block and didn't ask to be carried at all. She was so tired when we got home. We put on jammies, read two books, and she fell asleep quite quickly.
