Thursday/Friday - Happy, Happy, Happy

Gracie had a great day at daycare yesterday. She was happy, she took a good nap, she had fun. All in all a good day. Jeff picked her up and she was in a great mood for us all night long. She was so on her game, talking, laughing, playing. She told me she wanted to play ring around the rosie - she loves that game. Then Jeff joined in and it was a hoot. We played and played it. She used to go round with us, but then not fall down as her legs/knees were too stiff to make it fun. Not so anymore. She is down right with us.

We read books, we watched You Tube, we played downstairs, we didn't want supper, but we did eat our fresh pear. She didn't really want her ice cream, but took just enough bites to get her meds down. She did however want lots of Oreo mint cookies. That's the daddy influence on her.

We took a bath last night and she did some splashing, but we are finding that baths aren't the thrill they used to be. She is just so busy she doesn't want to take the time to sit. So we are in there just long enough to get our hair combed out and a good scrub down.

Gracie slept so soundly last night and Jeff informs me she even slept through my snores. Hmmm!

Gracie awoke in a good mood this morning and was a happy girl. She was wearing her Hello Kitty shirt today and she kept telling me that it was a "kitty".

Love,
Lisa, Jeff, and Gracie
